Baijiang Subway Station is located at the junction of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway and Dongjiang Avenue. It has a good geographical location, surrounded by 6 large residential areas, and the commuting time from the subway to Zhujiang New Town is only 53 minutes. Many office workers who do not live near Baijiang Subway Station will also choose this station to commute, and even car owners from other towns will drive to this station for subway transfers. Before the construction of the Eounice Stereo Garage, the road surface in the station area had been in a state of random parking, causing many problems for urban management.

The project adopts a 5-story lifting and lateral shifting parking garage design, covering an area of 2,350 square meters and a total height of 10 meters. The project is equipped with a complete intelligent parking guidance system, which has increased to 308 parking spaces from the original 66 cars, an increase of 367%. The size of the parking space is 5300mm*2200mm*1850mm, covering more and more comprehensive models, which can effectively solve the problem of random parking caused by insufficient roadside parking spaces. The sufficient and considerate parking space design has also greatly improved the parking experience of car owners.

There is also a car pickup bell in the project. When citizens need to pick up the car, they only need to press the bell and the staff will come to operate the car pickup. Thanks to the excellent dynamic line design in the project, only one staff member is needed to manage the entire project.
